Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping Policy

Web site orders placed by 10am Mon- Fri Sydney local time will ship that day for in stock items.  Items temporarily out of stock will ship within 3-5 working days.  We will notify customers by email and/or phone if an item is out of stock and delivery will be delayed.  An email will be sent with tracking information for products once they have been shipped.  If an item is urgent please contact our sales staff at info@scooterpoint.com.au for further information.

International Orders

Our shipping rates online are for Australian customers only. Please call or e-mail us for quotes and information regarding international postage & handling rates.

Payment Methods: 

We accept online payment with all major credit/ debit cards.

Pricing: 

All pricing is in Australian dollars (AUD). All of the prices, contents and specifications are correct to the best of our knowledge and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to change specifications, product descriptions, pricing and applications at any time without further obligation. Exchanges which are ordered incorrectly must be prepaid at customer’s expense, if the fault lies with the supplier (Scooterpoint) we will pay the return shipping costs. Please make sure that all original tags and product packaging is still intact.

Conditions of Exchanges:

Exchanges will happily be excepted at customers cost for shipping so long as the item has not been used and all the original tags and packaging are still intact. Exchanged items are processed within the week they return to us so please allow at least 5-7 business days for your exchange items to return to you.

Conditions of Returns: All returns are subject to 10% handling charge. Claims not accepted after 14 days. All freight and other charges for items returned which are ordered incorrectly must be prepaid at customer’s expense, if the fault lies with the supplier (Scooterpoint) we will pay the return shipping costs. Please make sure that all original tags and product packaging is still intact.

Returns/ Exchange Process: If the product you have received is incorrect or damaged and you wish to return/ exchange the product please make a lodgement via email. This must be done within 14 days of the date from invoice supplied.

Acknowledgement: Once approval has been received for the returns request you have 14 days from the date of the email to return the product along with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Inspection: Acceptance of goods is subject to inspecting by our authorised inspector at our works; please allow 10-14 business days to receive a reply. This time period includes transit time for us to receive your return, the time it takes us to process your return and then the possible time it takes your bank to process our refund request or the exchange to be received at your end.

We will notify you via e-mail of your exchange or refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
